Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 March 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of ChasePaid (chasepaid.uk), operated by Taylored Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By using ChasePaid, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
ChasePaid is an automated invoice payment reminder tool. You add your invoices and we send email reminders to your clients based on a schedule you control. We are a reminder tool, not a debt collection agency. We do not guarantee payment from your clients.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- One person or business per account. Do not share accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ChasePaid to send reminders for fraudulent or fictitious invoices.
- Harass recipients through excessive or abusive reminder messages.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Pricing and payment
- Free accounts are limited to 3 active invoices.
- Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into ChasePaid. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your clients' contact details with us for the purpose of sending payment reminders.
7. Emails sent on your behalf
Reminder emails are sent from ChasePaid on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice details (amounts, due dates, client email addresses). We are not liable for reminders sent with incorrect information that you provided.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep ChasePaid available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ChasePaid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
